With 20+ years in the game, Jason has crafted a dynamic career in marketing, design, and creative leadership, flexing his skills across industries like healthcare and automotive. As a partner at Brand New Day Marketing, his expertise spans everything from print to digital, with a sharp focus on mobile, social, and video. Jason’s passion for design and storytelling has shaped his work, evolving from traditional branding to UX, project management, and video production. Jason’s resume is stacked with big-name brands. At House Ear Institute, he helped snag two Marcomm Gold awards for Web/UX Design, and the site was named one of the best in the medical field. At Cox Automotive (the parent company of Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader), Jason didn’t just lead creative projects—he was also named Employee of the Year for his innovative work and community involvement. At CVS Health, Jason played a key role in revolutionizing internal processes by rolling out the Workfront project management software and creating a video guidelines process that boosted creative output. He also prepared and QC’d digital documents for WCAG compliance, making sure elements like patient health guides were accessible to all users online. This wasn’t just about checking boxes; it was about ensuring everyone had access to critical info in a user-friendly way. Jason’s leadership at Verity Health Systems saw him managing graphic design and video production across multiple hospitals, ensuring everything stayed on-brand. At Crossover Health, he ran 10 websites for major Fortune 500 companies, keeping their digital presence tight and on point. Not one to shy away from high-profile projects, Jason’s worked with celebrities like Mario Lopez, Jay Leno, Debbie Reynolds, and Florence Henderson, mastering the art of balancing creativity with star power. Jason’s creative roots run deep—he earned his B.A. in Radio, TV, and Film from California State University, Fullerton. This media background has only enhanced his design approach, blending storytelling with visual flair. When he’s not behind the desk, you’ll find Jason fueling his love for cars, charity and fitness. He previously served on the leadership board of the Orange County chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Outside of work, Jason is all about running marathons, jamming out to country music, and geeking out over World War II history.
